* Description :
Glunil (Glibenclamide) is a sulphonylurea hypoglycaemic agent. Glunil is rapidly absorbed from the GIT after oral administration. The half-life is about 10 hours and it has a duration of action of up to 24 hours.
* Indications :
Glunil is indicated for treatment of:
– Non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM Type II) whenever treatment by diet, physical exercise or weight reduction alone prove inadequate.

Glunil Tablets: Each tablet contains Glibenclamide BP 5 mg. Blister packs of 30, 100 & 500 tablets
& hospital packs of different sizes are available.
